To put things in perspective, if you choose not to opt for our roadside assistance service, there is a base callout fee of 20 Euros. Additionally, every kilometre travelled to and from the breakdown will cost you 2.50 Euros.
Kreol Car services boast a nifty cancellation waiver, and a once-off fee of 15 Euros, enabling you to get a full refund of your vehicle reservation. This can be up to 48 hours leading up to your arrival on Mahe. This is a great service protecting you and your finances if something were to go wrong during the few days leading up to your trip.
To shed more light on these services; should you wish to gain access to our insurance package, it is important to establish this before arrival or upon receiving the car. Once you have signed the agreement and departed from the premises, the agreement cannot be altered in any way. If you are under the influence of any mind-altering substance, and get into an accident, you are held liable for 100% of the cost of the rental car. All your insurance excess paid will become null and void if the previous case is true. You are prohibited from opening the bonnet of your vehicle for any repairs, restarting the vehicle battery or tinkering with the engine. Only representatives of Kreol Services are allowed to open the bonnet. If you have violated this policy by hiding damages or repairing it yourself, you will be held liable for all damages to the rental vehicle.
