Terms and Conditions

Reservations

Travelers can book high-quality vehicles on our website at any time, with 24/7 customer service support. Our diverse fleet accommodates varying group sizes, ensuring a smooth rental experience.

Online Booking & Prepayment

  • A prepayment of 10% to 50% of the total rental amount is required to confirm a reservation.
  • Once the prepayment is received, a confirmation email with a booking voucher and delivery details will be sent.
  • The remaining balance must be paid on the day of rental in Euro (EUR), US Dollars (USD), Seychelles Rupees (SCR), or via credit card (see payment terms below).
  • Bookings without prepayment will not be confirmed.

Payment Terms

  • The prepayment amount varies depending on the season and specific service provider conditions.
  • The remaining balance is payable in cash (EUR, USD, SCR) or by credit card.
  • Credit card payments incur a 3.5% convenience charge on the outstanding balance.

Rental Car Delivery

Mahe Island

  • Free delivery is available for rentals of 3 days or more at Mahe Airport, the ferry terminal, and public spaces.
  • A €20 surcharge applies for deliveries or collections outside the airport or ferry terminal.
  • If your arrival time changes, please notify us as soon as possible via email or WhatsApp.

Praslin Island

  • Free delivery is available anywhere on Praslin Island, including the airport, ferry terminal, accommodations, or public spaces.
  • If arrival details change, please inform us as soon as possible.

Hotel, Guest House, or Airbnb Delivery

  • Provide your room number upon check-in to facilitate on-time delivery.
  • Any changes in accommodation or arrival time should be communicated promptly.

Collection & Drop-off Terms

Airport Returns

  • Dedicated parking spaces are available at Mahe Airport.
  • Drop-off procedures will be explained at the rental desk during vehicle collection. 

Other Return Locations

  • Returns must occur at the pre-agreed location and time as per the rental contract.
  • Under no circumstances should keys be handed over to anyone other than an authorized representative.
  • Late returns (over 6 hours past the agreed time without notice) will incur an additional full day’s charge.

Vehicle Cleaning Policy

  • To prevent damage from high-salt-content sand, clients should minimize bringing sand into the car.
  • A valet fee of SCR 500 (€35) applies for excessive sand or wet seats.

Full Comprehensive Insurance & Collision Damage Waiver (CDW)

Budget Vehicles (Kia Picanto, Hyundai Grand i10)

  • €1500 maximum liability, with optional reductions:
    • €500 liability: €10 per day
    • €200 liability: €15 per day
    • €0 liability: €35 per day (includes Glass & Tyre Waiver)

SUVs & 7-Seaters (Creta, Urban Cruiser, Brezza, Ertiga)

  • €2500 maximum liability, with optional reductions:
    • €1000 liability: €10 per day
    • €500 liability: €15 per day
    • €0 liability: €35 per day (includes Glass & Tyre Waiver)
  • No deposits are required for insurance or excess.

Tyre & Glass Protection

  • €6 per day for Budget Vehicles.
  • €10 per day for SUVs & 7-Seaters.
  • Without coverage, repair costs start at €400 for Budget Vehicles and €500 for SUVs & 7-Seaters.
  • Rims and wheel caps are not covered.

Additional Safety Note

  • Avoid parking under coconut trees to prevent damage from falling coconuts.
  • Do not leave valuables in the vehicle.
  1. Additional Assistance Fees

Roadside Assistance

  • A one-time €8 fee ensures 24/7 roadside assistance.
  • Without coverage, call-outs are charged at €20 plus €2.50 per km.

Cancellation Waiver

  • A €15 fee allows full refunds for cancellations up to 12 hours before arrival.

Important Insurance & Excess Policy Information

  • Accidents under the influence of drugs or alcohol result in full liability for damages.
  • Clients are not allowed to open the car bonnet or attempt repairs.
  • Only Kreol Services can authorize towing.
  • All accidents or damages must be reported immediately.
  • Replacement vehicles may take 30 minutes to 3 hours, subject to availability.

Mileage Policy

  • Unlimited mileage is included at no extra cost.

Refuelling Policy

Praslin Island

  • Vehicles are delivered with a full tank and must be returned with a full tank.

Mahe Island

  • Vehicles must be returned with the same fuel level as received.

Cancellation Policy

  • Up to 36 hours before arrival: 30% charge of total rental balance.
  • Up to 12 hours before arrival: 50% charge of total rental balance.
  • No-show without prior notice: Full charge of total prepaid amount
