Vallee de Mai Nature Reserve is a beautiful nature park and UNESCO World Heritage Site on the island of Praslin. It consists of a well-preserved palm forest made up of the island endemic coco de mer. Also unique to the park is its wildlife, including birds, mammals, crustaceans, snails, and reptiles. The Reserve is a favourite holiday destination of the Praslin Island.
